How to write a resume that gets interviews
The US resume format
A US resume usually includes your contact details, a short professional summary, your work experience in reverse chronological order, education, and skills. This builder uses that order, US Letter paper and US conventions by default.
No photo, no personal details
US employers generally don't expect a photo, date of birth, marital status or nationality on a resume. Leaving them out helps you avoid bias, so the US format hides them automatically.
Achievements beat duties
